Heyyy!!
This is just awesome! You guys still beyblade??? I thought beyblading was dead and I was the only freakkin' blader left! I'm Utsav . My fav blade is my customized HMS Sea Drake.

im from India - where beyblading was popular back in 2005 and suddenly all the craze stopped. me and my friend still blade but he recently lost a part of his blade - so im hoping i can find a core to giv it to him so that we can let it rip again. No more beyblades are sold here. but im still hooked on to my 1 blade (broke all the others)
i heard beyblades gonna be back (fight metal something) IS IT TRUE???????

never thought of doing that since i used to visit beyblade.com a lot and i thought even if ther r bladers left they would post their stuff on that site since it's official or something. but then everyone just disappeared. im so damn happy WE still exist

Beyblade.com is affiliated with and sponsored by Hasbro. If it were really "official", it would have ties with Takara-Tomy Smile

BTW, do you own any other HMS Beyblades? Sea Drake's really not that great uncustomized. If it were Takara's Sea Dragon, you'd have yourself a very valuable 17g Defense Ring.

y'kno even if i ordered a blade (cant get it frm india) the shipping cost would be like fifteen times the cost of the blade so it doesn't make sense

This isn't normally the case... People don't sell 'em at their original prices. Generally, they auction off big lots for less than an eighth of their actual worth. Shipping usually evens it out to a fair cost.

So far, HMS remain superior to MFB, but they've only just released the first models. They have a ton of room for improvement.

They're about even, but HMS has better parts right now. This will be rectified as MFB continues.

i think only hasbro blades were mostly sold in india so i never heard about these takara things.

the best part is that more than the hasbro blades fake blades were sold! i remember my friend bought a Rs.100 (about 2 US dollars) blade.Sooo cheap! and the blade didnt even have different parts! it was all cheap plastic parts stuck together with superglue. even the weight disk was hollow plastic. it had a photo of tyson on something that probably was meant to be a bitchip. it was hilarious. my bud was going around challenging ppl to battles and it broke the very first time. He thought all blades were meant to be like that so he never bought a blade then.
