Did the unite driver ever wear out for yall and if yes how long did it take for the gimmick to stop working.

It took mine a month. The rubber acts now more like brakes, it helps KO resistance.

It depends also from stadium.
I have almost all my Beyblade from Takara, but I have only Hasbro stadium.
I can tell you that my Unite driver is still in good condition, but I do not know if you will use it in Takara's stadium.
Takara's stadium has an harder plastic than Hasbro's.
