[Unanswered]  Weak sticker adhesive?

So I finally bought the Superking triple booster, but...the stickers feel weak which is really odd for a rather new set. I mean they stay in place but they were extremely hard to attach on the needle I always use to put stickers on, which has never happened before. The stickers themselves might be weak too because I accidentally snapped one of the stickers for Curse Satan's Sparking chip.

Is this normal or what?
