in a beyblade tournament, the way decks work is all the parts need to be different correct? I am getting into the scene and am building guys as I can. I have a Tyranno Beat and a Red Hulk blade, are these considered different parts?

Technically those are not because those are two different builds that dosent technically have the exact same shape it has a weight different obvious I know that it almost just like tyronno beat but overall those beys are difderent

First of all, welcome to the WBO!  I hope that you can make amazing friends here!  

Second, your Red Hulk would be considered a different Bey than your Tyranno Beat in most tournaments. In some more gimmick-based tournaments, retool Beys will be categorized as the same Bey. If you scroll down on your local tournament thread, then you can review the information, and it will specify if retools are categorized as the same Bey.
