I live in CT, and want to go to tournaments nearby, but I can't find any. I have read the requirements to become an organizer and I am not 13. Is there any way to support the development of tournaments in this area, or do i just have to wait?

I'd just wait since you need to be 13 to host a Tournament. If you're not 13 then you just can't host a tournament. Maybe if you have a friend or a Home Adult who's willing to do a Quiz and an Interview through Discord then they can host for you but if you're not 13 then you can't host tournaments.
