I have been thinking about something after repairing my blue string launcher that I have repaired recently(spring). I saw a few cracks at the hole of the handle of the string launcher. Would it be considered illegal if I put a small washer to cover the hole so that the string doesn't break out of the handle completely? I read in the format that if part of the handle breaks it's still useable, but the whole handle, I wasn't too sure about that situation.
