Fusion hades

kreis cygnus 

2. What is the best bey to get if your buliding a mobile defensive bey

3. What is the best sort of launcher setup in your opinion 

4. What type is preferred if your getting into competive blading

5. Is 4d better than the hyprid wheels
e.g. Storm Pegasus, Flame Byxis

RAY GILL

Ray Gill. Thermal Lacerta has no good parts at all. Ray Gill has 100 which is a good height for attack combos and RSF is a top tier part.

Second that, rsf is quite well known among some of the good combos. 100 is decent I guess. Overall ray Gill would probably be better if the purchase is for competition.

Ray gill against Kreis Cygnus

Cygnus and WD are both top-tier Stamina pieces. Both Gil and Cygnus come with one fairly exclusive and one fairly common top-tier part each, so it all really boils down to what types you ultimately want to build.
