[Unanswered]  Judge's Guide Monthly Limit

Hi! I was curious as to why I got a notice in the image below.
I took one attempt yesterday and one day. Yesterday was May, today is June. If there's nothing that can be done that's fine just figured I'd point It out since it says two attempts per month and I only did one this June. Maybe that's on me from doing one on the last day of the month haha.

Maybe it's coded as every 2 weeks or something.

I would assume that it's just on a ~30 day timer, since that not only prevents people from trying to game the system with back-to-back attempts, but is also just the simplest way to implement a monthly limit.

I think the quiz is open notebook anyway. Is it?
Edit: It is open notebook. I am very much considering taking the test.
