How do you become a contributer, organizer, etc plz 

Organizer is when you take the organizer test (currently down) and you're approved to make tournaments in your area.

Moderater is usually when the committee members choose a handful every once in a while based off well... Idk

And Idk about contributor. I guess just being really helpful around the community
