[Unanswered]  Does Beyblade have actual strategy?

This isn't meant to be hostile or anything. I used to be massively into Beyblade back in the metal fusion era but as kids we just shot em into a stadium and waited for one to stop while screaming at the beys.

Idk if back then it wasn't as serious or was just dumb kids being dumb. Since Beyblade X has had this rebranding of being a sport and all, is there more actual strategy involved? What does it consist of exactly?

Most importantly how much of an impact does it actually have Vs rng. Is the outcome like 10% customisation and 90% rng or is it more significant?
All generations of beyblade have strategy. You can have a lot of fun just launching and screaming like you did as a child, but if you want to compete in tournaments and consistently do well in them, you have to have the knowledge and know how. Builds, launching strength, launch positioning, and launch angle all significantly affect how the bey moves in the stadium, and manipulating that movement is how you out play your opponent. Launch tech has existed since plastic gen, and in X its even more important than ever due to the nature of the stadium.
I use a slight tilt on tapper to save stamina for the beginning of the battle well it works for me but I’m not too sure about for other players it’s all about the angle you launch the bey at, and the type of bey also affects how your bey preforms at a tilt launch and I mean bit type for x
