pls suggest combos for these

blades: cobalt dragoon dran buster phoenix wing samurai saber
ratchets 9 60 2 70 160 2 60
bits: level cyclone acel

CobaltDragoon 9-60 Level
PhoenixWing 1-60 Cyclone
SamuraiSaber 2-60 Accel

This is best you can do right now, I suggest for you to buy the SharkScale Deck Set and/or the ImpactDrake Starter

Pika has good builds but buy the Drop Attack for Hover Wyvern and put it on 9-60 LR to replace samurai saber. try to get a 5-60 ratchet (Claw Leon, GS+HC Set) for Cobalt dragoon
