[Unanswered]  Chipped bit, help

Hi guys!!! I have 1 question for u all. Can u use a chipped bit in tournaments? Cause I have a chipped under needle and I don't know if I can use it. Please help me if u can.

probably not, but it might depend on where the chip is

It is over the part of where the bit hit the rails
If you mean the circular cuff part, if that is broken the bit is definitely NOT legal for tournament play
