if you want to know a way to access the app, an APK or QuooApp (not sure) should be the easiest way to get the app for mobile purposes. Just register via the website for the app and you should be good to go. The app still works for me to this day .

Even if this doesn't answer your initial question, I hope this helps out somehow...

P.S. If you don't have an Android OS device, I don't know how to get it...
