Can someone create some combos with the following: Silver Wolf 3-80 Free Ball, Steel Samurai 4-80 Taper, Phoenix Wing 9-60 Gear Flat, Dran Sword 3-60 Flat, Dran Brave 6-60 Vortex, and Goat Tackle 2-70 Needle.  Please and thank you.

If limited to only those part then try Phoenixwing 3-60 taper, or SilverWolf 3-60 free ball. If you’re not limited to only those parts then try SilverWolf 3-60 ball, Phoenixwing 1-60 kick, or Phoenixwing 3-60 under needle.

The Silver Wolf stock combo is already meta, so you can give Phoenix Wing a 9-60 Flat combo, Dran Brave a 3-60 Gear Flat, and Steel Samurai with 6-60 Needle. If you want, I can give a wider variety of combo ideas if you have any more parts to list. (I couldn't find any competent combos for Tackle Goat :( )

Even though you gave Silver Wolf a lower ratchet for burst resistance, you could keep the combo stock if you want him to take full advantage of the free spin defense gimmick. Phoenix is good on 1-60 kick, but 3-60 under needle on Phoenix Wing could be outclassed by Lightning L-Drago 1-60F or even Wizard Arc R 4-55LO. Your ideas are still very helpful for his game.

The best three that you can make is
PhoenixWing 3-60T: Aggressive with great end-game stamina for an attacker.
SilverWolf 9-60FB : Awesome stamina.
Goat Tackle 6-60F: Couldn't think any more combo than this, aggressive and hits pretty hard; the best-last combo I could think of.
