The forums needs to be cleaned

I was browsing in the page, and we have a lot of old topics and threads. Or some threads are like a desert or without actualizations.

We should make a clean on the forum:
But what if it contains some important information; and lots of old threads have been bumped over the last year.
why? old topics still have useful information to read
i think that un-important closed threads should be deleted altogether

or you could just stay out of the "closed threads" forum
i know but doesn't every thread like make a new link to the site which costs money to the WBO

lol what
when you make a new thread theres another web address, so doesnt every thread attached to the website cost money?
And use some space on the memory of the server making slow the page
it doesn't slow down for me...
Have you checked your computer memory recently?
Kai95 I can see what your saying, but a lot of the old threads have a lot of meaning and can still be pretty helpful to people.
Delete??? It´s doesn´t necessary only move to closed threads
Closed Threads exists for archival; it's purpose is to have a record of previous posts. It's not as useless as you think.
is there a way for getting rid of threads from WBO completely?
moderators, that be in charge of several forums, can be; but I don´t think that the Closed Thread are useless ! if I said that thing please pardon me ; my english is too basic
Topics, old or not, are closed when it seems appropriate to do so. Those that remain are seen as correct.

Threads can be forever deleted, however we never do that unless it contains very vulgar or inappropriate posts.
Speaking of closing topics, I don't think we should close this one. This would be a good pointer for new WBO members not to do.
Thats the exact reason the archives are kept,

I might be wrong, though.

Nobody else thought we should close even more threads than we already are hah, so the 'issue' this topic presented is not really valid ...

I don't think anyone pays for additional threads. Correct me if I'm wrong.

But so far, I haven't thought of this as a problem. But the Closed Threads section is more like a bin. It has some junk in, but a lot of the time there is some useful info that can be re-read. Also, some threads are only closed temporarily until more info is found.

Personally, I think this is a pointless topic and is unnecessary here.

about your metaphor about closed threads being like a bin, i would like to see some WBO freegans that constantly quote the closed thread
lol no.

We pay a set hosting fee a month.
If they started charging for every page you had then the internet would pretty much go dead lol.
I think the forum is pretty clean! If you think it's not, just go on the thread 'If you could change or add one thing to the WBO...'
