This URL works but it says,"we cannot resize this because it is too big."Can you cut it to 200x200 pixels?

Ahh, images are only resized if they are uploaded straight from your computer. So unfortunately, the avatar you created wont work unless you resized it to 120x120 or below.
Save the image to your computer, then try it from there.
I use a nook 1st edition so I can't upload it...
