Takara Tomy recently uploaded a new video where they pit custom CX combinations against each other. After watching the video, I have some thoughts regarding one particular combination that was used.

The TL;DR is that an Attack Type combination using the Dark Main Blade (which is PerseusDarkS 4-55V) won this friendly competition, and HellsReaper is officially revealed in-person. The former stands out to me a lot, as I did not expect an Attack combo using Dark to perform decently well. My first impressions on Dark upon its reveal were mixed, as the shape and appearance of its metal contact points looked quite awkward, which I feared would contribute to an undesirable performance for competitive play. But after seeing this Attack combo do decently well, my opinions on Dark have shifted to a more positive/optimistic outlook.
I think Dark has potential as an Attack Type, especially when paired up with the Slash Assist Blade and 4-55 Ratchet. From my observations, tilt-launching is the way to go when using PerseusDarkS 4-55V - or just any aggressive Dark combination in general - as the Blader running it regularly launched the Bey at an angle in her battles. If I were using this combo myself, I'd replace Vortex with either Low Flat or Low Rush just for the assurance of Dark being at a low enough height for its contact points to consistently hit the opponent's Blade. I'm curious as to what you guys think about this and my little analysis on this aggressive PerseusDark setup. Do you think it'll do well as an Attack Type?
