Assuming "Quadstrike" is BU the same way as "Quaddrive" is DB, it's either a BU anime adaptation or a DB spin-off miniseries? In either case, it's almost certainly a Hasbro-made animation, unless they hired the main animation team to make a spin-off for them.
The studio is still OLM and ADK (D-Rights).
If rumor is true, in Japan 4th season will start next year, but in US they'll start BU anime.

I honestly doubt that the announcement will be an immediate new anime for the next generation. I think it'll just be an announcement that the new gen is coming, and it wouldn't make sense for them to mystery-hype up the BU anime.

"Something new" kinda implied something unreleased so I assumed that's what you meant, and they just teased the 3/21 go shoot thing again
