There is a $5 fee for this event to pay for the Air Fryer, pizza, and other prizes to raffle off.
Please direct message me on Discord through the Seattle Beyblade Discord if you cannot pay with PayPal. We can do Venmo, Cashapp, or even Zelle.
If you need a refund because you can't go, let me know! I will refund you, its no problem!
This event will be very long and some Bladers will only get a maximum of 2 matches, if they lose both of their matches.
As such, this event actually encourages a very relaxed environment where we encourage people to free-play and enjoy their time in the large room.
Pack yourself some snacks or food, and feel free to leave and get something to eat while we continue to run the event (after letting a Judge or Organizer know!)
If you would like to bring food to share, potluck style, that is also encouraged!
We will run raffles for prizes throughout the event, for all Bladers who participate in the event, even if they have already been knocked out of the bracket!
Please use common sense hygiene rules and wear deodorant and take a shower prior to the event!
We will be using the public venue a while for this event, and no one wants to smell a stinky blader!

Recreational substance use is not allowed at our events, including tobacco, alcohol, or psychoactive drugs.
These are considered against the "spirit" of the game, and inappropriate for children present.
Players who appear to be under the influence or carry an odor of these substances will be asked to leave and disqualified from the event.
Feel free to bring any stadiums you would like for the free play area on the side, but make sure you pay attention and are ready when called for your matches.
Tournament matches always take priority over free play, we may have a time limit depending on the venue, and need to be respectful of everyone's time

Please let the organizers of the event if anything happens during your matches with a judging call as soon as possible so we can clarify any issues or rectify any mistakes as we go!
Honesty and transparency is key, and we strive to do our best for you guys.
And once again if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us on the Seattle Beyblade Discord. We are happy to help.
