String Launchers

Something is really bothering me and I want to get a few off of my shoulder about the string launchers

1)- I've noticed that the Format saying that the launchers can be used if the handle is broken.
•Would it be possible to swap the string and the handle with another string launcher(as if using them as interchangable parts)? Since most of the string launcher parts are almost identical.

2)- For the Heavy and Speed string launchers, I've also noticed that the gears on the Heavy String launcher has thicker teeth in it's gears than the regular string launcher. Same as the Speed String Launcher, but smaller teeth.
•Would it be possible to swap the String and handle with both the Heavy String launcher and the Speed String launcher(or swap the string and handle with a regular string launcher) in tournament use?

3)- I've noticed back then that my dark blue string launcher handle is about to break off from the string (like what Kevo did to his 2nd string launcher). So I inserted a very small washer that was thin enough, small enough to line with the handle of where the string shows, and narrow enough so the washer doesn't wobble when inserting the washer into the string. But someone mentioned that the weight can change the performance(because of that I removed the washer), but I've tested it with my transparent yellow string launcher, but no difference.
•What makes a thin washer make a difference
Weight, prob the pull weight
How do you know the difference in a speed/heavy string launcher?

Even so, why was the spin time almost similar?

Both strings have different lengths. The heavy is shorter with bigger gears than the regular, as for the Speed string launcher has longer string with smaller gears.

The wbo is very touchy about these things, also if they start letting ppl doin this it'll escalate into 1 lb or more weights, (yours prob weighs a gram)

The handle weighing a lb is impossible. Not only that, a washer that small shouldn't be able to make any weight difference.

Yeah, a lb was a bit extreme,I just meant it might escalate into an actual difference in pull weight(or a full metal handle) You could try messaging a admin about this.
What I did when my handle was gonna break was attach some scotch tape between the string and the handle (the handle is still on to this day)

That's way too noticable, even using the tape is not allowed in tournaments. But still, I'll message one though. Thanks for the idea.
