I found this image, I wondered how I could do this LOL
suggestions on how it was done? It wouldn't be banned from tournies if I used it, right?

Why would it be banned? It's just a regular Storm Pegasis with a custom Face. He probably just designed the face on the computer and printed it off on sticker paper.
