[Story] Warriors of Darkness

Hundreds of years ago human beings found a great power called electricity. It was a great invention that created a great powerful world. But this great world took no notice about nature. They destroyed it. About hundred-and-fifty years later Gaia –The goddess of nature – took her revenge. Some people was scared of Gaia, they obey Gaia and got rid of electricity. Gaia protected them.
But there were some people who don’t obey Gaia. They turn against her and fought. This war continued about twenty-five years. At the last electricity won with the death of Gaia.
When she dies her body turned in to ten particles and flew off to opposite directions. And it exploded and released a ray. The people and animals who get hit the ray lately discovered they can bend elements.
After the death of Gaia, people who loved Gaia and people who didn’t divided and fought against each other. The people who took Gaia’s side were called as Warm Landers. Other people were Cold Landers.
Warm Land was the biggest. In it there were people who can bend Fire, Electricity, soil, air and more hidden powers.
The Cold Lands were small but they had a great technology. There was water, ice, electricity, metal and most powerful Dark bending. Dark bending is a very rare skill. Only the King of cold lands can do it.
As the battle between two great lands continues there was a story about Gaia’s revenge. And you can find it in this book.

Through the cold hills, on the top of the Crystal mountain, there lays the grandeur castle of Cold.
Today is a special day for the King Mufaso. It is the first war-meeting of the year.
“Dad, can I come with you to the war-meeting? Please…..” said Ken, the prince of Cold Lands.
“Ken, My dear little son. This meeting isn’t for children.” Said Mufaso. “ You stay with your friends and play. You’ll be bored in the meeting. It is better to play.”
“But Dad, I’m thirteen years old!” said Ken going to tears. “I was waiting for this day for a year. Because you said you take me to the meeting this year. Don’t break your promise”
“I said ‘NO’” said the King, firmly. “Don’t ask me again. I’m busy here.”
“You’re a horrible father” said Ken and ran to his room. On the way he crashed in to his brother.
“Hey! Watch where you going” yelled Ken’s brother.
“Sorry Frank!” Ken yelled back running as fast as he could.
Frank got up and swept his clothe with his hand. He glanced at running Ken and went on.
Frank was a teenager. He was a powerful water bender. He had white hair as his father does. His eyes were light blue. They glowed like crystals. He liked his father very much. And do almost anything to make him proud. He gets angry quickly, just like his father. And he’s the owner of the Cold Lands after his father.
Ken was different than Frank. He has the same face and hair. But he doesn’t get angry quickly. He keeps calm. He was very kind. He didn’t like war.
“Mom, where are you?”asked Ken as he came in to his mother’s room.
“I’m here” replied his mother “What’s the matter?”
“Dad, doesn’t like me to attend the war-meeting” said Ken’ almost crying. “He thinks I’m weak”
“Now, now Ken dear,” said his mother “Calm down. It’s not the end of the world. Go and play with Jake.”
Ken wiped his tears and went away to find his best friend Jake.
Jake was a brown haired boy. He was the son of Chief Military Commander of Cold Lands. He and Ken were great friends. They have done many things together.
Jake was in his house when Ken found him in a sad mood.
“Oh! Ken how is your day?”said Jake, pretending to be normal. But Ken understood him quickly.
“What’s the matter?” asked Ken ignoring Jake’s question.
“Hmm…! My father doesn’t allow me to attend in the meeting” said Jake, in gloomy face. “I thought he want me to learn about these things. But now I think he doesn’t think of me at all. It would be better if he wasn’t my father.”
“We are in the same boat, Jake” said Ken “But I know how to ride across.”
“What did you mean by that?” asked Jake.
“That means I have a great plan to get in the meeting.
“Oh...Ken! That’s great you’re a geni….”Jake started in a great excitement. But Ken jumped and blocked Jake’s mouth with his hand.
“Idiot! What are you doing?”said Ken in a low voice. “Your mother is here. Isn’t she? Then you’re going to throw my plan in the water. So, SHUT UP!”
“Sorry!” said Jake “So what’s the plan?”
“I’ll tell you later” said Ken at once. “Said your mother we are going a picnic. Meet me meet me near the temple at 11 o’ clock. And bring your bicycle and some food.”
Ken went away leaving puzzled Jake behind. What is Ken up to this time?
Jake asked his mother about the picnic. Mother allowed him and also she gave a bunch of sandwiches. He packed them and tinkered to his bicycle.
“All ready” said Jake to himself. “It’s better if I leave now. It’s already 10 o’ clock.”
He said good bye to his mother and went on, passing the market, railway station, e-post office and police station. At last he arrived at the temple. Ken was already there. He was sitting on a bench waiting for Jake.
“Hey Ken” said Jake, running toward his friend. Jake sat beside Ken. “So what’s the plan?” asked Jake in low voice.
“All right, listen.” started Ken “You and I hide our bikes and sneak in to the kitchen. The council members first have a lunch in the meeting room then they will go out to the ceremony in front of the Cold Land castle. Aren’t they?”
“Of course, Yes” said Jake “Go on”
“All right” said Ken “Then we have to get in to the trolleys that goes in to the meeting room to clean the table after the lunch.””Great idea” said Jake “But how we suppose to stay in the meeting room? The trolleys will leave after the clean up.”
“Idiot!” said Ken “When the trolleys are parked to clean up the table we can easily slip under table. And stay till the meeting.”
“Excellent!” said Jake “You are the bravest person I know in the Cold Lands.”
“Thank you!” said Ken “But the last time you told the same thing about my brother. You just keep changing the ‘bravest person you know’.”
“Oops!” said Jake “Anyway we have to eat our lunch first. It’ll be an early-lunch, but we have to get it or starve.”
They unpacked there packets of sandwiches and began to eat them one by one. It was a cool day. The environment gifted them with a lovely sight. What a peaceful meal.
“I’m ready” said Jake, after the meal. “Let’s get going or we’ll be late.”
They came to the grandeur castle and hid their bike under a bush.
“Hey, I was thinking to ask you this” said Jake. “Why do we bring our bike if they are no use?”
“You’re a great Idiot, Jake” said Ken. “If we went off on foot, our mothers will suspect we are going to wonder around the castle. Now they will think we’re gone far away from the town. They’ll never suspicious us now.”
“You’re so clever, Ken. So clever!” said Jake.
Ken is clever. But is he clever enough to get into the castle without getting detected.
