Your image should also be detailed enough that people can actually see what is being offered - I can barely make heads or tails of most of the things in that tiny, blurry image.

You are, but we very much prefer images, and if you do post a video, it will need to be very high quality, and still enough that users can accurately see everything clearly. So, no shaky webcam videos or grainy images.
