Hello and welcome ladies & gentlemen, and kids of all ages to my WBO (worldbeyblade.org) Middleman Service thread for international buyers that live outside of the United States. My services will be explained in strong detail so everyone may know exactly what to do whenever you want to use my services. For those that may be concern about my services in anyway, then you don't have to use my services. I am trustworthy in person & online, I always try my best to treat others in a well balance of fairness & equally; in short treat others the way you want to be treated. Now let's get into the details shall we folks.
WARNING, details in spoilers are quite lengthy.
PayPal needed for my services:
* You must have a PayPal account if you want to send payment to me because I won't accept any optional payment.
For those that do have a PayPal, know how to use it well, and send payment to someone, then there's no need of explanation. However if you don't know how to send payment to someone, then follow these steps precisely please:
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Click 'Send Money'
3. Type my email
4. Type the exact amount you're sending and please be sure to send it in USD (United States Dollar) currency
5. Click 'Personal', then mark & check it as 'Gift'
6. Click 'Continue'
7. You have an option to add a message below before you send payment to me, in which you may do so to insure that payment is from you, and not anyone else. For example, you may type “This is User1 sending payment for item1â€.
8. Please check the amount is exact & precise, then click 'continue'
9. Once payment has been sent to me, be sure to send me a PM along with your exact & precise home address. Once I read your PM that you've sent payment for the item(s) along with your home address, I'll go check to see if the payment has been meant. If payment has been meant I'll inform you about the details of the item(s), shipment, & I'll keep you updated on the item(s). However if payment has not been meant, I'll inform you about the details to insure you do it precisely, otherwise please check Step 3.
* For those that do not have a PayPal account; then you must create an account on PayPal, remember having an account on PayPal has responsibilities, so please be sure you know what to do whenever anything comes up. If you're still a child, then let your parent or guardian to create an account for themselves.
* For children asking for their parent/guardian to create an account on PayPal might still be new to them, and I understand that some parent/guardian may not understand it well so I'll help you out, and remember to ask some well experienced users here on WBO if you don't understand how to use PayPal precisely. Don't be afraid to ask folks, we're happy to help you.
- Once you create an account on PayPal, please remember your username & password whenever you plan to log in again. Please be sure to memorize it don't write it down.
Update your information especially your home address & phone number including your home & mobile phones. However for other personal things it's all your choice if you want to add it or not, but as long you have your home address & phone numbers it's all good. It's important to update your information especially your home address whenever you move, and phone numbers whenever you get a new number or phone(s).
- Now for adding money onto your PayPal, click onto your 'profile', then click 'update card'. Here you may add a card into your PayPal account; however, for me personally I'd rather not use my credit/debit card. However it's your choice if you want to add your card or not. If the card gets accepted then you may use the card as long it has enough balance in it for it to send payment for any item(s) you want to purchase.
* Ergo, this concludes the only requirement I want you to have, which is a PayPal account for payment to be sent.
ebay Middleman Services:
* For international buyers who want to purchase any item(s) on eBay; however, you can't purchase it or can't be shipped to your area because most U.S. Sellers on eBay don't ship internationally, because of shipping cost or personal reason. However with me I will ship internationally for you.
* If you see any item(s) you want to bid/buy, but it can't be shipped to you, then you may send me a PM along with the precise link so I may bid/buy it for you.
- If the item(s) is in a bid, then you must send me the precise link to the item(s) along with your exact high maximum bid limit that you may send payment for the item(s). For example, item1 is in a bid of $9.99 and a few bidders on it. You tell me to bid on it for exactly $50.00 which is your limit to send payment for. I'll be sure to watch the item(s) for you so I may have a chance to bid on it within 12 hours of the item(s) ending. However if the item(s) gets overbid with your price limit I'll contact you ASAP if you wish to overbid your limit, but insure yourself that you will send payment for it, because I won't do any reserves for any winning item(s) including buy it now item(s). If you don't want to overbid your limit, then I won't bid on the item(s). However if I do manage to win the item(s) you wanted along with the price limit you want it to be I'll send you a PM to send payment for the item(s) ASAP, because I won't reserved it for you until payment has been sent first by you. If you sent payment for the item(s) & U.S. Shipping cost, I'll reduce your international shipping cost for you.
- For item(s) that are listed as buy it now, insure you have the payment ready to be sent ASAP, because no reserves will be place for buy it now nor bid item(s). If you have payment ready to be sent for the item(s), then send me a PM along with the precise link to the item(s) and let me know exactly you're 100% ready that payment is to be sent to me so I may purchase the item(s) for you. If you sent payment for the item(s) & U.S. Shipping cost, I'll reduce your international shipping cost for you.
* Now if an international buyer for some reason is no longer committed to buy the item(s), then the item(s) with link will be posted here in the first post so other international buyers including U.S. Buyers may have a chance to send payment for it. There will be no reserves for any item(s) listing; you must have payment ready to be sent ASAP.
* Conflicts; there will be a time when a conflict for an item(s) may occur especially in an item(s) involving in lots which contains some item(s) users may want to purchase so for this conflict to be resolved. I'll explain to the best of my ability on just how this may be resolved. There will be change in fees as well so please keep that in mind folks.
* This listing has items some users want to purchase, but in order for this to work here's how it may properly be done. First off rarity & value will always come into play first like if there's an item in this lot that has major value, of course most users would want to get it. However I'll do my best to list down the items within the lot first, then I may post it in the first post below along with precise link so others may see what they want. For instance:
ITEM LISTING:
- Shinning God MS – user1, user2, user3, user4
- Dranzer GT – user5
- Dragoon GT – user6
- Bump King
* As you may see in the example, rarity & value clearly comes into play during a lot, however there some that don't have much rarity & value so those get left out, for those items that get left out from buyers that don't want it then I may purchase those items for myself, and I'll share my cut of the price as well, however I'll be paying less since these items have less value. Now for conflict on who gets the most rarity & value item whoever wants it more should pay more or try to negotiate the conflict with the other users. I won't get involved in any of the conflicts between the users, those users must try to resolve this for themselves. Overall these kinds of conflicts are really the most annoying parts in which whom should get what item that it should be best whoever has the most to spend should get the most of the rarity & value item(s) while the rest would wish to get something else from the lot or leave from it. Remember I won't pay for the item listing without your payment sent first to me, because I am not exactly the riches person that can purchase a fancy looking Lamborghini sports car. For users that don't have payment ready to be sent, those users will be taken off from the listing for whoever wants an item from a listing you must have payment ready to go no exceptions and no reserves.
* Charge fees; when using my services there will be an added fee for a full completed service.
- For international buyer; once I receive your item(s), I'll send you a PM along with the shipping cost you must pay for, in order for me to ship it to you. If you've sent payment for the item(s) & the U.S. shipping cost, along with the charge fee, you will receive a discounted shipping cost from my own expense. Charge fee is $5.00
- For U.S. buyer; if you've sent payment for the item(s) & U.S. shipping cost, along with charge fee, I'll be sure to mark the shipping towards your address instead of mine so you may receive the item(s). Charge fee is $3.50
- Now for the conflicts of a lot for user, charge fee is only $2.75 for per full completed service towards per buyer.
