Normal L Drago, but HF or RF? wich is better for UPPER mode?

PS. which blade have a track lower then the 100 track of L Drago?
& is lower better or worst for att type beys?

From my experience, HF is NEVER better than RF.

Your other question, the only track lower than 100 is 90, and you have to get a Quetz, or get lucky and get a random Quetz part in the pre-HWS boosters.

90 is the best track for upper-attacking beys, but I like LLDrago as a smasher.

For Upper Attack to work, the attacking Bey must be spinning in the same direction as the opposing one.

85 is a lower track than 90, but it is only obtainable from Mercury Anubis 85XF which is pretty difficult to obtain.

my first question does the bey have to have a lower number or a higher number to be better. 2 what is hf and rf and wich one is better
