After today, I would have not sleept in three days...I'm super tired.
I thought I was some tough carp so I thought I could do hanging situps... I wrapped the wraps around my leg but then wanted to back out. I couldn't untangle the one on my right left so I was struggling for a minute to keep myself up... I could tip toe and keep my leg up since I'm still semi-flexible, but I think I over stretched my hamstring.
I'll get a spotter next time I do that...

Funny thought went through my head just now, if a new member is all like "Wow WBO is awesome blah blah blah". I could say "Yeah I remember back when it used to be Beywiki", this is funny to me because I'm still a considerably new member compared to all the people here with history w/ Brad (G, Kei, Anubis, Annie, etc.).
