Random Beyblade Anime and Manga Thoughts

I hope there's an episode of Damian vs Ryuuga, or Damian, Faust, and Ryuuga battle.
(Dec. 28, 2010  1:41 AM)Ultrablader Wrote: If anyone thought Faust was the main villain they sure shouln't now with what Damian did in episode 90...

We have zero history of Damian just like Ryuuga the writers could just change the characteristics later. I dont' mind either way considering that its my first time seeing Romi Paku voice acting an antagonist.
Oh my, no wonder his voice sounds childish, or feminine.
My point was that Damian beat 3 people at once so he's more powerful. Also from the moment you see Ryuga's power you know he's the main villain of the first series and it's the same with Damian. Do you ever get any background for Ryuga in the manga and how similar is the slight background given in episode 90 for Julius to the more extensive one that is aparantly in the manga?

Going to divert this abit because just like usual, now I am more interested into how Ginga will overcome this; I hope they release another successor to Ginga's Pegasis Lips_sealed. Damian beat 3 people at once.. so they milked Hell Kerbecs well in the anime, but in the manga, he beat 3 teams at once (maybe more); that's what you failed to remember. I seriously cannot wait to see how they'll milk Faust and advertise Horogium Grin.

Point made on Ryuuga; indeed we had no background on him as well, or at least, not yet.

>.> i had to read this a couple of times until i understood that (i just woke up). The only difference between the two is that Julius does not have a brother, otherwise everyone already knows that he claims himself to be the best at everything, even the episode "L Drago Again" an interviewer ran up to him and said "Why Beyblade" was obvious that he could have done anything else. Still, i am not clear as to why he chose beyblade (if he has already mentioned it).
With the way Ginga fights with Galaxy Pegasis, he must have an infinite supply of R2F's somewhere. Every battle of his would destroy any single R2F, and he would have to replace it to have it be legal...

I have not watched the latest episode yet, but his father's expectations, lack of time for Julius, and constant disappointed attitude were mentioned ? I only saw screenshots of Julius walking through his achievements ...

i forgot about those, and those were not mentioned. it basically showed his ego saying i'm the best at everything.

Then that is basically nothing compared to his real story.

Thanks for the correction, i totally forgot about that part... being the most crucial line of his background.
Random Thought: I dont understand why Dranzer is pronounced like "Dronzer". Doesnt make much sense to me :P

I remember in the episode "Thirteen Candles" a few characters (even Kai) pronouncing it "Dranzer" rather than the usual "Dronzer", which led me to thinking that maybe it was one of the first episodes recorded. I think from what I have seen of the Japanese version it is pronounced "Dronzer".

I might be wrong here though...

I Don't want to annoy anyone but please take some time to answer my question i really liked Zeo as a character
They just kinda faded out since the only reason for him blading was to become a person because he was a robot but he realised it didn't matter because being a robot is cool.

I am quite sure it was pronounced "doranzaa", just like Draciel is pronounced "doraci-el", and Driger is "do-rye-gaa", like "tiger" ... In my opinion the dub for Bakuten Shoot Beyblade just had no idea how to pronounce most things and they just made them sound poorer ...

seriously.. i think they over-emphasised the size of H.Kerbecs in the manga haha
Who said sensationalism had to be only in the anime.

Lol, 51 Seconds, all the way to the left. Kinda looks like Gingka. I haven't watched the old series in forever so I don't remember who that is. (I haven't watched it since the series ended, lol.)

Drawing it accurately is sensationalism (to me); that is just ridiculous, especially compared to your scans, Kai-V.

another anime/manga difference seems to be the fact that Hell Kerbecs has the power to steal other people's souls? (in the manga)

in the dub, his name is Johnny; and 51secs, the dude who is battleling Rick IS Carlos (again dub name).
I think I might buy the original Beyblade Manga series. (A few Manga at a time) XD

Has anybody else noticed that in the original dubb, Nelvana changed Blader DJ's name to DJ Jazzman. Thank god they didn't do anything like that in MFB.
