Who do you think wins?

Rantaro. He is the world's 15th ranked blader after all.

Not exactly. We have to make sure this isn’t Kit’s first battle with Wind Knight. Remember, Rantaro is the punching bag for beys being introduced in Burst.

both of them have used theirs for some time just to make it fair for both sides since it makes it easier for sake of the question instead of variables A,B,C,ect

I don't think this comparison has nothing to do with bey debuts. They asked who would win between these two.

Rantaro wins. He's stronger than people give credit for. So many good feats for him in Surge.

Tbh that is so true. Rantaro has more potential than a lot of people give him credit for ex: when he bursted Valt in the tag match with free and sisco. Despite him getting Valkyrie from under (aka weak spot) rantaro still showed a lot of power during that clash. Showing if he puts in a bit more work and effort he can consistently reach that level of power. He even went head to head with lui a bit using glide tornado. People seem to forget that rantaro is a legendary blader one of the worlds top bladers

Alright I was joking. I'd say Rantaro wins.
Some of the best rivalries in Beyblade.

As an interesting point, though Lui and Shu had quite the rivalry in Burst S1, I think Free is really Lui's true main rival and vice versa. Of course Valt and Shu goes without saying.

I always liked free and lui's rivalry. despite them taking the back seat here and there when they meet up it becomes very clear that there's a huge tension (in a good way) between them. they dont need to spell it out and say their rivals as the anime/manga does an awesome job at creating the atmosphere around them when they meet. Sometimes when Valt and Shu dont appear i sometimes get more invested into Lui and Free's rivalry and think that they are the worlds top 2 (ironic since they were). when these 2 titans are around theres never a dull moment as tension between them always fills the air even before they go head to head in the stadium.

Both of them are such fierce and powerful bladers that it's always a treat to see those two behemoths duke it out.

As you know my absolute favorite blader is the Legend of Legends himself, Valt Aoi, and some of my top 5 are Big Five members as well, but here are my top five bladers outside of the Big Five. Here are these awesome bladers in no particular order.

The Pitch-Black Shadow,
Daigo Kurogami

There are many reasons I love Daigo; his design, his bey, his cool under pressure yet kind personality and while his aesthetic certainly is of the darker variety, he isn't at his heart malicious or antagonistic. I loved Daigo's character arc and it was great putting his character arc breakdown together. Dealing with serious guilt is such a human experience to that so many people can relate to. I loved the work they did with his character. Definitely one of the best characters in the franchise.

The Unrivaled Sword,
Xander Shakadera

The Unrivaled Sword Xander Shakadera was a character I liked right off the bad. He has such a great light-hearted down to earth personality and yet Is a fierce blader in the ring. The way he encourages and gives sincere props to even bladers he defeats says so much about him as a person. Him and Valt have a great friendship as well as a rivalry. He's powerful, fun, and very well characterized.

Eternal Typhoon,
Rantaro Kiyama

[Image: giphy.gif?cid=6c09b952510f8f4c1b6be9a925...y.gif&ct=g]

Rantaro, OG Burst character and Blading Legend is just a character that is easy to love. To begin I have to give props to VA, particularly his original one, Matt Hill. He imbued Rantaro with such life. Rantaro is another one of those fun characters you love to watch on screen. I love his loyalty, he perseverance, and his tell like it is way of dealing with people. Great character.

Dragon Tamer,
Dante Koryu

Dante isn't really that well regarded in the franchise, but I really like this character. His story isn't one that is primarily about becoming Number 1 but rather the defense of the Blading World which was such a refreshing direction to take an MC in Burst. I also find him a character that enjoy watching and his relationship with both Dragon and Delta were great pillars to a great season.

The Feral Guardian,
Ken Midori

There's a reason I did a character arc breakdown on Ken. His character arc was such a great personal story about finding connection with people, moving beyond isolation. His growth was wonderful to see, he went from shy and isolated, to open and confident by embracing connection with others. Such a great character with a great journey both within and without.

I would say….
Rantaro
He has come a long way since the beginning of burst. If you said rantaro would be known as a Legend- one of the best bladers in the world during the events of burst god i would have a hard time believing you. But im happy for him. Hes been traveling with Valt since the beginning so it only feels right that Rantaro over time became one of the best.

Daigo
Same reason with Rantaro. Daigo has been with Valt since the beginning and has been only getting stronger with passing time. Hes proved himself as a strong blader time and time again but all that training finally landed him a spot as a legend.

Xander
Xander is self explanatory hes always been a cool blader and has proved himself as a strong blader more than once as he was originally a big 5 member and now a legendary blader. And have you seen this man? Hes buff

Sisco
I dont know…i just like sisco hes a cool and confident blader. Hes had some of the best development as a character all throughout the series. I also like how hes always been somewhat relevant throughout the series. Like in sparking when he reaffirmed his goal of wanting to beat Valt and free and we even get a flash back of him in cho z showing that it wasnt just a throw away battle but an actual event that really stuck with him and gave him more reason to improve. Also kris and curse were cool.

Last one not really sure. Theres a couple more. But honorable mentions: drum, ken, amane, delta, kitt, and some others

I forgot to put my reasons lol. I'll edit my post with them in it.

All the characters you listed are excellent and is almost a mirror of my list. Also love Silas. He had a great journey and I love his growth. Very well characterized.
Since i'm here might as well post it. Mines are Xhaka, Rantaro, Wakiya, Daina and lastly Drum. I'll also put some honarable mentions just Cause its fun, Lane, Rashad, Hearts, Gwynn and Sisco so you could say its my top 10 outside my top 5
Mines are Dante, Delta, Phi, Rantaro, Xander.

It's crazy how even after Pegasus got an evolution Leone still equally matched it in S2.

Kyoya trained hard and got better. I love how in the end of metal fury its shown how they start their fight to see who better is.
