Am I the only person who is backstabbed by Rashad? He felt so much like Ghostfreak's whole arc (now that you thnk abt it+Ben 10 nostalgia)

To be honest, most of us saw his downfall coming eventually, he was built up to become the potential final opponent, and every final opponent in Burst (not counting Valt in Chouzetsu) are villainous or jerks in some way. Rashad does have a nice guy attitude at first, which makes him a bit more different, but being a major rival, he was either gonna be a Delta like character or the main "villain".

I get what you mean, but I think for Ghostfreak, despite his freaky nature, we never expected them to become evil, as we weren't aware certain forms had their own mind. Oh ok, it’s just April 1st is the meme day,

sigh... i dont know why people are saying the anime is ending only the manga is ending. they would have already announced the anime would be ending if it were to end, its pretty obvious thats there's going to be one last season. none of the staff have said anything that it is ending too. isnt it weird that they announced the manga is ending way before the final chapter? why aren't they doing that with the anime then if its ending? and i know people are going to prove it with leaks but i highly doubt they are real and im only going to believe its ending if they officially say something. none of the staff have specifically stated that it was ending you can go check for yourself never said the anime was coming to an end

We'll probably know for sure in about a week's time. New season info is usually within the first two weeks of March.

If nothing is announced, then there's probably no anime. I don't expect an ending announcement like the manga, which was long-running in the magazine, because that's simply not done for anime. It's not like when Shogun Steel ended, Takara Tomy made a big announcement that the Metal Series was ending.

this is the last season for the burst manga starting with bell the demon king as the protagonist, will it surpass the previous emotional ride of sparking?

Plot

So the plot is all about bell challenging the world pretty straight forward

Bell, Honestly i feel like his is my favorite protagonist as for now hiro morita did an amazing job with bell development even so that you can feel his pain after belial breaks also one thing i want to pointed out is how Morita made the Demon king title have meaning other than a stupid random title.

Rashad, speachless honestly idk why but the god complex that this rashad have is such a compelling thing to see in action 10/10 Antagonist. He also traumatize bell to the point where bell is scared of him damn.

Basara, even tho he only battle once hiro morita again succeded at utilizing him for bell development and his own.

Ranzo and Hannah, these two characters were utilized pretty well although not as good as their anime counterpart.

Valt, shu, lui and free, as much as i love these characters they all just only appear in a chapter which stinks since we can't really resonate with them but they are well utilize especially with lui on how they make him a mentor for Bell.

Climax

I cannot stress it how intense the climax is for this season it really feels like a super emotional ride like when

Bell: " if i lose this battle i will lose everyone.. grandpa, ranzo, hannah.. so i cannot afford to lose to you!"
the dialogue is not 100% accurate to the manga just my take on it 

Damn that hits so damn hard and when bell beats rashad Holy it feels so satisfiying also the ending is so satisfiying.

Cons

I feel like for the cons that this manga season have is the pacing in the first half  like i really feel it moves so fast in the early chapters and the evo gears each per chapter which is not ideal imo.

Final thoughts

I feel like DB manga is my favorite manga season it is an emotional ride i love the Bell and rashad duality so compelling to see and if i were to compare this to sparking manga i feel like sparking has a margin over DB but i do recommend this to everyone who likes the burst franchise.

I don't think that point about Valt is altogether accurate. From the very beginning of Burst, episode 1 in fact, he mentioned he wanted to be the best in the world so to say he never really cared about being Number 1 isn't really accurate. Yes Valt wanted to have fun while battling, but I think there's a misconception that Valt didn't care about or wasn't trying to reach the top. He was. It was his goal. Also I don't think the anime is going to end the same way given how they've structured things for these last few episodes. Episode 51 is Bell vs Rashad which will most likely last into episode 52 which has been the case for every single season since the beginning aside from Turbo but even then the battle with the antagonist lasted two episodes so I think we can expect the same here. Whoever wins that battle wins the tournament. There's literally not time for a battle with Valt. Now it's possible they could try to squeeze something in between Valt and Bell, but given how short these episodes are, I don't think its going to happen. Its possible but I don't think it will happen. So in the end I far prefer how the anime handled Valt's send off. The anime did a good job of honoring the character with a very good showcase in his final battle of Burst. Nicely done.

Anime: Yea the anime did pretty good at handling Valt’s send off. As he gets to keep both the World Champion Title and the Number 1 ranking. The send off battle against Rashad also did a good job of honoring Valt as “The Legend Of Legends” the Worlds Top Blader who always find joy in blading. As this battle shows off Valt’s True Bond/power with Valkyrie as well as him helping Rashad rekindle his joy for blading. This was also a good way of Ending the rivalry between Valt and Rashad as well. And with Valt and Rashads rivalry ended. Bell and Rashad can finally settle theres ending the season on a high note. Hoping thats how it ends with the final battle being against bell and rashad.

Yea like at least with aiga they set up a whole rivalry with Valt so we knew what to expect. Valt still reclaiming it later. But this felt pointless. What’s the whole point of Valt regaining the title just for him to lose it again? Especially when there was no proper rivalry between the two to set that up. Thats why i agree with you about how the anime had a better send off for Valt. Had a great send off battle that shows Valt as “ the legend of legends” the worlds top blader and helps rashad in The process ending their rivalry. No unnecessary final battle with bell (hopefully) And on top of that Gets to keep the world champion title and number 1 ranking as “the legend of legends”. But the good thing about Valt in the manga is that he’s still the number 1 ranking blader in the world and that no matter what hes still “The Legend Of Legends” the worlds top/Strongest blader a title he earned through fierce battles with many rivals. And I guess if you wanna stretch things a bit Valt is most likely the world Champion again. since he most likely reclaimed the Champion title after the events of DB manga and since its the end of the manga everything is left up to interpretation at this point and on top of that Valt usually comes back stronger and on top after every loss.
