{REQUEST} Youtube Channel and Subscribe Bar and Opening

Hi there.

I am starting to make a few youtube videos.
And well I have a few problems.

To get more subscribers usually people have
  • Nice Subscribe Bars
  • A Channel Background
  • And A Opening Video

Well I'm not good with either of those...

So could somebody please PM me if they can help with any of these?
