Im new to the competitive scene and I wanted to make a deck not using the most top tier beys like shark scale and wizard rod. Rate the deck and please tell me if I am missing anything.

Phoenix wing 3-60 low rush
Wyvern hover 9-60 hexa
Meteor dragoon 7-60 level

The main issue isn’t the combos themselves, but their vulnerability to certain matchups. Phoenix Wing can be outspun if it doesn’t KO. Hover Wyvern struggles against some stamina builds. Meteor Dragoon can be matchup dependent and lacks the consistency of WizRod or Silver Wolf. For a 4th bey I’d consider a strong stamina or attack option based on your locals. WizRod, Silver Wolf, Whale Wave, Impact Drake, or Dark Perseus all are worth considering if available
