I did some looking, and I think these two bottoms are actually reversed. Looking at R2F form the bottom, the spikes do face Clockwise (right). But that is from upside-down view. from top view, doesn't it actually meant for Left - Spin beys? and Vice - Versa for LRF?

We have known this since when it was released, hence the name

Right Rubber Flat and Left Rubber Flat.
