He just explained the definition of the word "former" to you. With that information, you can figure it out.

I am saying you will not get PMs from them or see their posts. Why would we give you an ignore list if it did not do anything?
ohh! so if i added brad to the ignore list? i dont get his pms?
and what about the buddy list? you see their pms twise? lol

I don't think you can ignore administrators ...

Adding someone to the Buddy List adds them to ... your buddy list (see the link on the menu?). This will have more functionality in WBO 3.0.
Whats the deal with HTML coding. In PMs and such, its says "HTML is off" without a button to turn it on. Posts don't even have a sign like that to start with. Is there any way to use html?

We've actually had a couple tournaments in Toronto this year. BEYBLADE WAR ROOM at Anime North, and HIGH PARK throwdown this past July. There is a video for BWR up on the Beychannel if you're interested in seeing what it was like, and there should also be a video for HPT being posted up sometime soon.

We are also trying to organize a meetup at the FanExpo this month, so if you're interested, post here: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Toronto-...-Expo-2009

Also, another Toronto tournament will be happening before the end of this year. Keep an eye out for an announcement about it.

For certain accomplishments and achievements, you get a certain face.

Check out the face collection list, which will list every face and how you can get it. The faces that have 3 question marks written in the description simply means that no one has gotten that face yet and how you get that particular face is to be kept a surprise (secret).
How do they actually get given to you?
Do you just login one day and find it there?
Oh yeah and how do you get face boosters?

A Committee member will add them to your profile.

Face Collection help document Wrote:Face Boosters are packages that contain a random Face from a specific series. There are loads of ways to get them, like winning contests, donating to the WBO, or participating in other special events.

No. But you can go to any forum on the site and click "Mark this forum read". That will make the topics "go away" on both the forum page, and the new/today's posts pages (only the threads from that particular forum).
