I guess you would have seen in the Proxy Bidding website which your using ?
Actually it can be some person bidding from japan Or the Bidding System of Proxy Service being used.
I have seen the q*j*n*** lot of times actually and Its like the real bidder username is just hidden according to the Privacy Rules Of YJA which we also see in eBay Hah (That is Obvious and Common) !

So we really cannot get to know who that Person from Japan is or is it someone using a Proxy Service.
