Well, do they release the prize Beyblades or the parts they come with in any other way? Hasbro never releases Random Boosters either, and a lot of the best Drivers are not even getting made by them for some unknown reason, so I would say that the rest of the world is way worse off. Plus, concerns for theft can be legitimate: that is probably why Hasbro does not release things in a random package either, because we can clearly see opened Pokémon card sets in stores in North America too... The same would most likely happen to Random Boosters in Beyblade. Japan is 'educated' and respectful in that regard, but the same culture can absolutely not be found in many other countries in the world.

No.. there is no other way to get the prize beyblades or the parts in the RBV, thievery will always happen, I don't think that should be a reason to put off releasing random boosters, as far as I know it is the executives in the company that do not want the release of the RBVs, the ones that are in charge of hosting the events and such are generally nice, down to earth people. why don't you just buy them off eBay and websites?

Even if I do, they cannot be used at local tourneys, only the ones sold by them can, and the number of active WBO members in Malaysia is close to 0, plus shipping and such would make the beys really costly, a booster here only costs around $7 retail
