yes. in all store-hosted tourneys. with price tag intact.

Well... I'd be more confident if I hear a confirmation from someone who really joined a Beyblade tournament.
national tournament could be this coming october 23 at the world trade center. this is what they are adverstising on their flyers on tournaments. 
same date that ray unicorno and galaxy pegasus would be released internationally (i think). so i'm assuming we could get new releases if you go to that big tournament.
