Mostly when someone complains, I offer them a perfect solution and they carry on complaining without taking notice of the solution. That just bugs me though, and lots of people do it so it's not specific.

Everyone has a reason for the way they act, else they wouldn't act like that. When I think of that it helps me realise that they're just doing their best and it makes me less frustrated with them.

I sometimes speak softly to myself, so I can remember things which otherwise require a centered point in focusing (although I should take up meditation).
