Opinions on this build!!!

So my Silver Wolf broke, but I decided to put the Free Ball bit onto a Unicorn Sting with a 9-80 ratchet. It's been a nasty build and super strong with both sides of the blade, it causes a lot of destabilization in every build I've thrown at it, even Impact Drake and Cobalt Dragoon! What's everyone's thoughts on this build and could it counter more meta blades? Thank you!!!
If you have the parts, use Wizard rod 1-60 H or Griffon FB both are really good and just outclass for stamina in my opinion
That's actually pretty decent use of FB, Unicorn Sting is pretty solid for stable/disrupt builds. Maybe try 9-60FB or 7-60FB as you could benefit from the lower height profile which helps against attack matchups while keeping most of the stamina and LAD you're getting from 9-80FB. If it's already handling Impact Drake and Dragoon in testing I'd be curious how it performs against beys like Phoenix Wing R and Wizard Rod B to judge whether it's a real tournament sleeper

So I tested it on 9-60 against my new WiRo and put it on ball that my nephew had and it beat it three times in spin finishes and one pocket finish. I tested against Wing on Rush and it lost a few times but won a few times as well. It could be a good sleeper if you have a strong and hard launch!

That’s awesome! Seems like the lower profile is more effective than the extra height.

If it keeps getting spin finishes from WiRo and at least trading wins with Phoenix Wing R, I’d definitely consider it more than just a gimmick. Uni has always been good at destabilization and weird contact points.

I’m curious to see how it compares to beys like Silver Wolf FB, Whale Wave P, or Dark Perseus B. Could def be a real sleeper if it matches up well with more beys than WiRo.

Either way it sounds like you’ve found something cool here 😎
