L drago Destroy/Guardian 230 PD is only used to counter some left spin beyblades. except Dragooon. Dragoon Destroyed it.

As many as you want. Unless they're made by Rapidity or any company other than Hasbro, Takara Tomy, or Sonokong. Read the rules please.

It will depend if we do it at the park or Tier Zero. I haven't heard anything from Lester yet.
