I call it "smash battle" but call it what you want.

1.Have a regular battle and whoever loses is the first to "go"
2.The loser has to rip 1 of his beys into the stadium
3.Next,the winner has to rip his beyblade at the bey in the stadium
4.If bey 1 is knocked out or flew out of the stadium,then he rips his beyblade at the still spinning bey
5.If bey 1 isn't knocked out,keep both beys spinning and whoever loses rips their bey at the still spinning bey
6.Do it again as many times as you like
This can help with defense,stamina,attack,and rip strength.

All the beys attributes like you said can be raised with technique is completely false. That's all in the beyblade, you can't raise its performance just by spinning it over and over again.
