Hello Im Tmoney6911 Im a 13 yr old blader, and wants to attend tournaments but i cant leave Tennessee, so im stuck, But I think id be a top blader

If your stuck in Tennessee then porpose a tournament to WBO official's. If they say yes then there you have a tournament but first find out which bladers live in Tennessee.
