Get sticker paper, put it in your printer, make a desighn on paint then print it out on sticker paper. Then you cut it out take of the backing and stick it on to a face bolt. Easy

EDIT: Yeah make sure that the sticker will fit on the face bolt before you get in depth, or you could waste materials

Trial and error. Try printing it on a normal sheet of paper first, and once you have found the right size, use the sticker paper.
