Same with me so I traded my beylogger and bought a new one

Keep persevering, I had the same trouble to start with, but you just have to keep trying and it will eventually connect. Once you've used it a few times, it will connect without trouble.

Are you using a Device that does not have a head phone jack (like iPhone 7 and beyond) cuz I've heard complains with that
