Vulcan Wheel for under $6? That is totally ridiculous. People pay $30 to buy Vulcan Horuseus (and they buy that mostly for the Vulcan Wheel, as 145D are easily obtainable) and you are hoping to buy it for $6? Yeah, Vulcan is outclassed now but that doesn't mean its value is going to dip, its still rare. You won't find any sellers.

Really under $6 good luck you will need it.
