My Entire Beyblade Deck Got Banned So I Died of Skill Issue and Reincarnated in Another World Where the Meta Is Even Worse, but Somehow I’m Still Going 3-2 at Locals!

Imgaine... You awaken in another world clutching three Beyblades, zero plot armor, and the horrifying realization that the meta here is somehow worse. Wizard Rod is lurking in the dungeon. Shark Scale has been declared an S-Rank calamity. Some 14-year-old protagonist just called your deck “mid.” There is no escape.

Your only path home is to lock in, yell something about friendship, and go 3-2 at locals.

There will be no chosen one. There will be no training montage. There will only be Swiss.

And when it’s all over, despite defeating the Demon Lord, mastering the forbidden launch technique, and unlocking the power of friendship... you'll still go 3-2 bubble.

We all have lives and things going on. I will not be monitoring multiple places for waitlist requests and multiple requests from the same person. If you want to be on any type of waitlist post in this WBO event. Day of I will be going down the list in order.

Additionally, based on historic trends, about 10-20% of bladers no show.

Location Details

We will meet at the Mountlake Terrace Library - Large Meeting Room.

We will start ASAP after setup as the Event Space opens at 12:00 PM, so make sure you’re ready to go and have your Beyblades and strategies in place by the end of the countdown.

Bladers arriving after 12:30 PM may not be able to participate!

Optional Rules

Please be advised that this tournament will make use of the following Optional Rules in addition to, or in place of, rules listed in the Format Rulebook:

Own finish

When you score an Xtreme finish or over finish against a Bey that did not touch your Bey during the battle, it is considered an own finish.
When you score an own finish, your opponent will earn full points. Then, proceed to next Bey in rotation.
This optional rule can be applied to individual stages of the event.

Out-of-bounds finish

If the opposing Bey leaves the battle zone through the launch area and becomes unable to return, instead of restarting the battle, it will be considered an out-of-bounds finish.
You initiate an out-of-bounds finish when the opposing Bey exits the battle zone through the launch area, and score when it becomes unable to return to the battle zone.
An out-of-bounds finish is worth 2 points.

Community Need To Knows:

Please use common sense hygiene rules and wear deodorant and take a shower prior to the Event!

We will be using the public venue a while for this Event, and no one wants to smell a stinky blader! Words

Feel free to bring any stadiums you would like for the free play area on the side, but make sure you pay attention and are ready when called for your matches.

Tournament matches always take priority over free play, we are on a time limit with the library and need to be respectful of everyone's time Smile

Please let the organizers of the event if anything happens during your matches with a judging call as soon as possible so we can clarify any issues or rectify any mistakes as we go!
