On the second combo, use a 10 heavy instead of a 10 wide. 10 Wide allows for more movement speed, which is essential to smash attackers. However, upper attack requires higher RPM so a 10 heavy is the better choice.

How are these in terms of their performance and how can improve their performance considering that I only have access to V series(Only the 5 Saint Beasts) or only to Dranzer V and Dragoon V

In my opinion he should use a lower base such as Storm Grip, Phantom Grip, SG Flat base or SG Metal Flat (Considering what he can buy in Turkey)

Are you sure that's what he meant? Did he tell you in his native language which you understand? I really don't think you interpreted it correctly!

IMO He's not talking about 2 different customizations. He starts by stating the bb, sg, and sg "core". He explains that this gives him a beyblade with a low base.
He then further explains that his AR of choice FOR THIS AFOREMENTIONED BASE is Upper dragon.
