Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know!

King of Darkness Wrote:The flat tip you see next to Pegasus at 1:09 seems huge. I think the same shows at 1:27 (in white though) next to Leo. Also, the blue one next to Leo at 1:17 looks just like Sg Flat tips (wonder if that's his actual tip).
Cheiron and Bull seem to have Semi-flat and sharp tips respectively. Ok, nvm this.
I hope we get metal change and rubber tips in the future.

Despite its size, Leo's Wheel/AR should be quite heavy. I think it could do well for high RPM compact combos.

EDIT: OK, I was looking at these charts 1 / 2 and I'm confused as to which tips belong to which blade now. Seems the Sg Flat like one is Pegasus, Sharp is Cheiron, Semi Flat is Bull and the large one is Leo's?
It works by colours. The blue tip is Pegasus', the red one, Bull's, the yellow one, Sagittario/Cheiron's, and the very large, white tip is Leone's.

In the video and in pictures of the Tokyo Toy Show Festival, the parts that are next to a blade on the transparent podium are its.
At the beginning of the video though, the close-ups do not show the right parts.

I have been wondering, why is there paint around the beyblades ...
Composer of Requiems Wrote:I think maybe they decided to change it.

Anyway,

1) The plastic used for it looks really glossy. I get the feeling that it's a different material as compared to older series.

2) It really looks very much like the special bitprotectors. You know, like RSMS.

3) I love the way the launchers are designed so you can hold them better.

Yeah, i thought the launchers looked cheap at first, but now im seriously into them, they seem really Comfortable and smooth, im so exited now thanks to this video!

Hey, are those two pockets at each side of the stadium to put your Beyblades in or somthing?Chocked_2

Looks that way
Would it be off topic for me to ask people what they suspect the storyline of the anime of the Metal Fight Beyblade to be, like a big 30-Episode Championship from G-Revolution, or a 'Steal the bitbeasts using Magnets and Fake Bitbeasts' sort of thing from V-force?

Well V-Force did have a tornament, it just wasn't that long compared to the rest of the series and felt abit 'squashed in' if you get me 0_0

Yes.

And nobody knows.
Okay my bad, i'll keep on Topic,
Do you think they will release 'Dragoon Grip style launchers' for the Metal Fight Beyblades?
I think they probably will
But I have another question. Do you think Hasbro will start distributing beyblades in the Western world as it did before?

You mean this?

Probably eventually.
The blades are gonna cost about $16.50, or about £7.60 (These are estimates. The Japanese price is 1554 Yen)

These are just for the starters that include the Beypointer.
If a shooter comes with the regular booster, then I see no need for buying the starter, unless the Beypointer actually does something useful.
Synesthesia Wrote:If a shooter comes with the regular booster, then I see no need for buying the starter, unless the Beypointer actually does something useful.

There will be no launcher in the booster packs. Starters have Launchers and Beypointers, at least the four initial ones. Wolf's starter will come without pointer but with launcher. All the boosters will be withouth launcher.
That makes sense.

So I'll probably end up buying three starters, and a few boosters. I most likely won't worry about the stadiums anytime soon.

That video was a nice demonstration of which beyblade not to buy. It wasn't even a close match, just a complete slaughter.
Only Pegasus and Bull Starters come with the Beypointer.

Cheiron did get slaughtered, but I will probably pick it up anyway. I plan on picking up one of each of the releases and waiting for RB1 to pick up duplicates.
flashfox Wrote:Hmm...Leo just shot up on my to buy list...
Same here. I was planning to just get one for my brother so I'll double up instead. Last time he chose a 'favourite' in very beginning, he picked Driger S...

Actually seeing that close up around 1:16, the design is a lot different to how I'd imagined due to improvising what I couldn't see on those lower quality images (I saw it to be much similar to Draciel MS)

It was only shown in one battle situation. If the person who launched it did a weaker shot than the Leo user, the compactness of Leon's Wheel would have worked better anyway. Maybe it would have stood more of a chance if given Bull's tip. We shouldn't be strangers to the idea that out of the box the blade will be great.
Cherion is just a flawed design, it has some potential for sure. It was decently aggro and perhaps can be used.

Leo however...showed more potential and definitely showed that he has a part that should be must have.
Don't forget there's no ranking in beyblade. There's no blade that can beat every other one. It might occur that Cheiron still beats another blade that Leo can't keep up to.

Also, we shouldn't put too much energy in predicting how they will be. We will have to buy, get and test them to really know how they manage.

Yes I agree with you, we got to buy the blades first and test them, we can't just look at the video and say hey, this blade is stronger then Cheiron
Considering the experience of the board regarding spinning tops, it's safe to say that the judgments we make will be pretty close, if not dead on correct.
Composer of Requiems Wrote:2) It really looks very much like the special bitprotectors. You know, like RSMS.
That is exactly what I thought when I saw them, they look like different variations of the Running Protector.

And from what I can see, the tallest of the four Tracks shown is Pegasus, with Bull second, Cheiron third, and Leo as the shortest.
Are the blades in the video the final versions? Like can any of the molds change before actual release?
They could, but I doubt they will.
Im gonna wait untill they are released to take videos of them seriously. I can only get a general idea of how they preform will from these videos. You never know if a defect can come up while testing them and they have to change the mold.

itt we examine every possible hypothetical outcome

so guys, do you think that there will be a beyblade that catches on fire when you shoot it

how will it fare in battle
[maybe i wounder if theses blades will have special attacks based on like, water, grass, wind and that kind if stuff
