All Evil Befalls that are starters come like that, the only time you can get the printed design on the Befall Clear Wheel is in the Team StarBreaker Pack

That's normal for Zero G beys since they are asymmetrical and unbalanced which is why you need two of the same ChWs to achieve proper weight distribution.
