Considering a good chunk of us are artist's and or anti-ai art (One of them is me), offering to "make" pfp's isn't going to go over well.
If you wanna make pfp's for people, pick up a drawing tool. Period.

Wait, AI? Anyone who knows what the word ART even means knows that AI isn't, and that almost every artist is anti-AI. Especially because it's plagiarism, stealing other people's art. And putting it in a blender. And spitting out as a worse result. No one starts out good at art, and if someone never tries, they're never going to get good.

I create the images with words I don't steal the ideas I come up with ideas and put the words of what I want into the prompt and then I get an image i've done it before

I'm not referring to the prompt. AI generation of art takes information that the AI has been fed from other people's art. The AI is trained off of other people's intellectual property to be able to guess what those words mean. All art an AI generates is a blended up soup made of pieces ripped from other people's art. The AI's very existence is inherently stealing.

the images you've created by telling a program what pieces of other people's art to rip apart and glue back together? you can enjoy that, I suppose, but don't expect anyone else to.

yeah with the torso depending on the pose it would be a oval or circle and if you choose modern or classic

When you aren't instantly good at something, keep trying. If you want to create things that much, you'll keep trying real art. If the only thing you're willing to do is AI, then you don't like making art. Because AI isn't you making art. It's you giving a program instructions to make art. My art used to look like a 4-year-old's drawing, everyone's art looked like that at some point.
