I don't know enough about this hobby to give anything good, but I'd recommend building a deck that has soar Phoenix and level.

Sterling Wolf 9-60FB: Awesome overall stamina.
Saber Samurai 5-60L: Hits pretty hard and also has great end-game stamina.

I would recommend you buying Scale Shark or the Drop Attack Batttle Set

I have the drop attack set
But the tournament banned hover wyvern and impact drake is unavailable.
